HiperVote, developed by Bits TI, is a real-time voting platform for condominium assemblies. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and how it’s protected, in compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email, and organization, collected at sign-up to authenticate building managers, management companies, and team members.
- Resident and voting data: unit identification, ideal fraction or participation coefficient, proxies, and the vote cast on each agenda item.
- Organization data: buildings, assemblies, agenda items, and minutes generated from votes.
3. How We Protect Your Data
- Encryption at rest: personal data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM in the database.
- Blind indexes: searches and lookups happen without exposing name, unit, or other personal data in plain text.
- Role- and building-based access control: every manager, admin, or team member only accesses the buildings and permissions assigned to them.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We use the following service providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Clerk — user authentication and session management.
- Brevo — transactional email delivery (confirmations, assembly invitations).
- Stripe — payment processing for paid subscriptions.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Retention and Your Rights under the LGPD
Assembly and vote data is retained for as long as needed for legal and audit purposes (e.g., contesting results). You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, within the limits of the law, by contacting us through the channel below.

We use essential session cookies (via Clerk) to keep you signed in, and preference cookies to remember settings such as language.
